Academics, football & cheer go hand in hand at Salinas Pop Warner.  Academics are first and foremost.  We believe it is a privilege to participate in football and cheer.  We are committed to molding well rounded athletes in our program.  Their elegibility to participate depends on their performance in the classroom.

Besides competing in a highly competitive conference due to it's vast geographical size, Salinas Pop Warner's commitment to excellence is for the benefit of the children and their families.  All the kids PLAY!  Salinas Pop Warner is a highly structured and demanding program which requires both discipline and commitment from our families.  For those who are a part of Salinas Pop Warner and the Peninsula Conference, they keep coming back year after year!  For those who would like to be a part of the Salinas Pop Warner family, the rewards are endless and we welcome all that want to  join our great program.

Through academics and athletics we instill in our student athletes characheristics that will benefit them later on in their lives.  We help guide them to make the right choices in life and become healthy and well rounded adults.
